Fringe Benefits is a unique vest and wrap skirt combo which makes a statement! The vest opening is off-centered with front yokes and a left front made of leather. It is trimmed with beaded chain and self fringed. Closures are leather buttonholes and metal buttons. The skirt is a seamless wrap skirt with asymmetrical front overlap, leather binding and buttonholes, and metal buttons, as well as self fringe and beaded chain trim.
